路透北京10月30日 - 中国大型航空公司--中国国航601111.SS0753.HK周四公布，三季度净利36.8亿元人民币，同比降11.3%；前三季净利同比增近四成，因营业收入增长，同时公司加强成本管控。

该公司刊登在上交所网站的财报显示，三季度营收490.7亿元，同比增0.9%。前三季度实现净利18.7亿元，同比增37.3%；营收1,298.3亿元，同比增1.3%。

中国国航同日并公告称，拟向特定对象发行A股股票，募集资金不超过200亿元，发行对象为中航集团和中航控股，发行价格为6.57元/股，发行数量不超过发行前公司总股本的30%。

该公司指出，本次发行募集资金拟用于偿还债务及补充流动资金，有助于公司控制有息负债规模，优化资产负债结构，提升财务稳健性。

中国国航此前公布，9月乘客人数同比增3.7%，货物及邮件运输量同比增2.7%。

中国国航上半年净亏损同比减少至18.1亿元。报告期内，尽管国际客运收入恢复超一成，但内地客运收入出现下滑。

中国国航A股周四收跌0.4%，其H股收挫1.5%，今年迄今分别累涨8.1%和18.6%。（完）
