本报讯 （记者毛艺融）由香港交易所与中国医药创新促进会联合主办的第十届中国医药创新与投资大会于10月26日至10月27日在南京成功举办。
香港交易所集团行政总裁陈翊庭表示：“在中国创新药企业加速全球化布局的进程中，资本市场发挥着重要的助推作用。香港交易所一直致力于打造高效、多元的国际融资平台，为中国生物科技企业的发展注入资本动能。今年以来，香港市场医疗健康领域的IPO融资格外活跃，融资额在全球新股市场中排名第一。”
香港交易所亚洲区上市发行服务部主管张书明表示：“香港的医疗健康融资市场近期表现亮眼，这得益于监管制度持续优化，高质量创新企业持续上市，以及投资者积极参与这三大互相紧扣的因素。2025年市场明显回暖，香港重新成为生物科技企业首选的上市目的地。截至目前，香港已完成12宗生物科技IPO，合计融资13亿美元，融资总额位居全球首位。与此同时，生物科技板块的再融资交易也十分活跃，年初至今再融资总额已达41亿美元。这反映了市场信心正逐步恢复，也体现出政策支持和资本市场改革逐步显效。”
