At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.46% at 47,925.83. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.21% at 6,905.78, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.55% at 23,959.08.
