近日，来自新加坡的BGIN BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED(以下简称BGIN)成功在美国纳斯达克上市，其股票代码为BGIN。其于2022年9月20日在SEC秘密递表，后于2025年2月21日公开披露招股书。

BGIN，以每股6美元的发行价、发行500万股，募资3,000万美元。

BGIN，作为一家数字资产科技公司，拥有自主的加密货币挖矿技术，历史上专注于altcoins，并利用其在ASIC芯片和矿机设计方面的经验切入新的主流加密货币机遇，同时执行以自营挖矿为长期战略重点BGIN以其ICERIVER品牌设计并生产矿机，并通过先进的挖矿基础设施及托管服务为客户提供运营灵活性。
