China Vanke (HKG:2202, SHE:000002) reported 28 billion yuan in attributable loss for the first nine months of 2025, 56% higher than the 17.9 billion yuan posted a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Loss per share was 2.36 yuan, compared with 1.51 yuan in the prior-year period.
The property developer's revenue fell 27% year-on-year to 161.39 billion yuan, figures showed.
