LHN(01730)发布公告，有关为2025年2月14日的公告，内容有关成立合资企业。于2025年10月28日，合资公司A、合资公司B、合资伙伴B、该物业的卖方及THK签订了一份契据。各方同意立即撤销该物业卖方已向合资公司B授予的该物业的购买选择权(该撤销)。该撤销乃由于新加坡共和国法院下达命令禁止该物业的卖方及THK因家庭纠纷而处置或处理该物业。
撤销后，合资公司A代表合资公司B向该物业卖方支付的174万新加坡元将在契据签署之日起6个月后全额退还。任何一方均不得就因购买选择权而产生的或与之相关的损失、费用、补偿或其他事宜向任何其他方提出任何索偿或要求。因此，该物业的购买将不再进行。
