Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) agreed to acquire 100% of the shares in Remington Capital, which holds an option to acquire the Johnson Creek Mill and Antimony Camp properties in Idaho, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the deal, the company will reimburse $50,000 to Remington in relation to a deposit paid for the option, the filing said.
The company also agreed to pay around $1.3 million to the owner of the Johnson Creek Mill and Antimony Camp properties, and issue 70 million shares in the capital of the company, together with 35 million options, to Remington shareholders, per the filing.
Completion of the transaction is expected to occur in late November or early December.
Resolution Minerals shares rose more than 18% in afternoon trade on Friday.
