Felix Group Holdings CEO Resigns; Shares Decline 14%

Felix Group Holdings (ASX:FLX) said that Chief Executive Mike Davis has resigned, effective Nov. 12, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Chief Financial Officer James Frayne has been appointed as interim CEO effective Nov. 12, while the board continues its formal search for a new permanent CEO, the filing said.

The company's shares declined 14% in recent Monday trade.
