11月12日，百济神州（688235/06160/BGNE）发布公告，拟使用剩余超募资金1.63亿元对“药物临床试验研发项目”增加募集资金投入，并延长项目实施期限。此次投资不构成关联交易，亦不构成重大资产重组。
公告中提到，该项目的实施是为了加强公司在癌症治疗领域的研发能力，巩固技术优势，促进科研成果转化。公司首次公开发行股票募集资金总额为221.6亿元，扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额为216.3亿元。
根据截至2025年6月30日的情况，药物临床试验研发项目的投资总额为152.81亿元，已使用募集资金金额为117.32亿元。通过此次超募资金的使用，公司希望提高募集资金使用效率，避免资金闲置，并优化资源配置。项目实施期限将延长至2026年12月31日。
2025年中期，百济神州实现收入175.18亿元，归母净利润4.50亿元。
