Riverstone to Benefit From Global Chip Demand Recovery -- Market Talk

Dow Jones
Nov 11

0205 GMT - Riverstone Holdings should benefit from the ongoing recovery in global semiconductor demand, RHB Research says in a note. It cites the Singapore-listed glove manufacturer's strong positioning in higher-grade cleanroom gloves. RHB Research raises the stock's target price to S$0.93 from S$0.85 as it rolls forward the valuation base year. However, RHB Research cuts its earnings estimates for Riverstone by 13% for 2025, 11% for 2026 and 9% for 2027 to reflect lower average-selling-price assumptions and updated foreign-exchange rates. It also downgrades the stock's rating to neutral from buy. Shares are 5.8% lower at S$0.815. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
