智通财经APP讯，云工场(02512)公布，于2025年11月4日，公司与巨星文创智权(香港)有限公司(巨星文创智权)订立销售协议，涉及以总代价1500万美元向巨星文创智权购入5000台四足机器人。
顺应边缘计算与人工智能(AI)融合的行业趋势，公司采用“边缘云+AI服务”作为核心策略。集团利用灵境云边缘算力平台，为机器人提供AI模型仿真训练、实时推理计算及低时延网络调度等能力支持，助力其在多元应用场景中持续学习及优化性能。作为战略布局的一部分，集团购入四足机器人，结合灵境云边缘算力平台以提供融合智能机器人与边缘算力的智能终端解决方案予我们的客户，为其创造更全面及更高效的价值。董事会认为，该协议项下的交易将推动集团的边缘算力业务体系从AI模型训练扩展至涉及智能机器人及人工智能物联网终端部署的更广泛应用领域。
