近日，著名投资人段永平在一场访谈中谈到了对拼多多的投资。他认为，这是有风险投资。“我其实曾经卖掉过很大的部位，又差不多都买回来了，我觉得这公司还是有点意思，但是有风险的，我不推荐别人买。”
段永平表示，自己对拼多多是懂了一些的。“人家赚的钱摆在那儿了，财报你都能看见了，如果它能够维持这个生意，它是很便宜的。问题是我不知道它是不是真的能够维持，有什么样的东西会影响到它，但是我对他们整个文化、整个团队，我是信任的，但是大环境我不知道。”
被问及对于5到10年之后的拼多多有什么预期？段永平称，大概率他们应该活得还不错，但是不是百分之一百。“我可以很肯定的知道苹果还会活得很好，拼多多我没有那么清晰。我觉得这个行当的变化其实也很大，但是它存在一种可能性，就是它会比现在还要厉害很多，风投就是这个意思，对不对？如果不是风投，我就应该买很大的比重在里头，我并没有，但是我觉得是值得拥有一部分。”
