Beijing SPC Environment Protection Tech (SHE:002573) plans to publicly list and transfer its 70.6% equity stake in Chifeng Boyuan via the Southwest United Assets and Equity Exchange.
The move aims to streamline operations and refocus on core environmental protection businesses.
Chifeng Boyuan, engaged in hazardous waste management and chemical production, reported a net loss of 19.8 million yuan in the first eight months of 2025.
