　　因交易敏感要求匿名的知情人士透露，印度五家大型炼油厂尚未对下个月的俄罗斯原油下单。通常次月原油交易应在当月第10日前完成。

　　根据Kpler的数据，今年印度从俄罗斯进口的石油中，信实工业有限公司、巴拉特石油公司、印度斯坦石油公司、芒格洛尔炼油和石化有限公司以及HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd．这五家炼油厂占到三分之二。

　　这些公司的谨慎，可能与新德里和华盛顿之间的贸易谈判有关。特朗普周一表示，两国接近达成贸易协议。据知情人士透露，印度在谈判中承诺将从美国购买更多原油。

　　只有两家炼油厂——印度石油公司和纳亚拉能源有限公司——购买了一些12月到港的俄罗斯原油。印度石油公司从没有被制裁的卖家购买了原油，而纳亚拉司的部分股权由俄罗斯石油公司持有，仍然完全依赖俄罗斯原油。
