智通财经APP讯，尚晋国际控股(02528)发布公告，于2025年10月27日(交易时段后)，卖方(公司的间接全资附属公司澳门盈南有限公司)与买方沈国标先生订立买卖协议，据此，卖方同意向买方以总代价1500万港元出售该物业。公司拟将出售事项所得款项净额用作集团一般营运资金。
该物业位于澳门马场东大马路25–69号及马场海边马路137号福泰工业大厦11楼D，总建筑面积约479平方米。该物业为工业物业，目前由集团自用作为仓库。
据悉，该物业早前由集团用作补充仓库，主要用于存放公司的旧家具、道具及工具，当中大部分目前经已处置。因此，目前不再需要仓库空间。经考虑现行市况以及集团的当前财务状况及业务营运后，董事认为出售事项为公司提供良机，以合理价格变现该物业的价值，而出售事项的所得款项可改善集团的财务状况及增加一般营运资金。
