智通财经APP讯，倩碧控股(08367)发布公告，于2025年11月14日，公司间接全资附属煌鼎智链供应链(深圳)有限公司(煌鼎，作为租户)与华润置地前海(作为业主)，就物业的租赁订立租赁协议，自2025年11月15日起至2028年11月14日止(包括首尾两日)为期三年租赁，用途作为煌鼎的办公室 。
根据租赁协议，总代价估计约为170万港元，不包括政府差饷、管理费、空调费及水电煤费。整个租期内的租金为每月5.6万港元。
该物业为深圳市前海深港合作区南山街道梦海大道5035号前海华润金融中心T5办公室13 层 01A、11、12 单元。总面积341平方米。
集团于香港从事餐厅业务及现有意在中国发展。董事相信，该物业是办公室好地段。租赁协议的条款(包括租金)乃由煌鼎与华润置地前海经考虑现行市场租金、该等物业附近类似物业的租赁条款后公平磋商厘定。董事认为订立租赁协议以及其条款及条件属公平合理，且符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
