ChainCatcher 消息，欧洲银行管理局（EBA）表示，欧盟现行的加密货币法规《加密资产市场监管法案》（MiCA）已能充分应对稳定币相关风险，无需紧急修订。
尽管欧洲央行（ECB）和欧洲系统性风险委员会（ESRB）此前警告稳定币可能对金融稳定构成威胁，并呼吁禁止“多重发行”模式，但 EBA 坚持认为现有规则已提供必要工具来管理流动性和赎回风险。EBA 发言人表示，虽然认同 ESRB 关于“大规模赎回请求”风险的担忧，但这些风险很大程度上取决于稳定币发行方的运营方式和业务规模。根据 MiCA 法案，稳定币发行方必须维持充足储备、履行透明度义务并接受监管机构监督。
