智通财经APP讯，新天绿色能源(00956)发布公告，新天绿色能源股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)于近日收到保荐机构中德证券有限责任公司(以下简称“中德证券”)出具的《关于更换新天绿色能源股份有限公司持续督导保荐代表人的通知》。中德证券作为公司2021年向特定对象发行A股股票的保荐机构，原指定孙乃玮先生和兰建州先生担任公司持续督导的保荐代表人。由于兰建州先生工作变动不能继续担任公司持续督导的保荐代表人，为保证公司持续督导工作的顺利进行，中德证券委派粟帅先生自2025年11月12日起接替兰建州先生担任公司持续督导的保荐代表人，继续履行对公司的持续督导职责。
本次变更后，公司持续督导的保荐代表人为孙乃玮先生、粟帅先生，持续督导期至中国证券监督管理委员会和上海证券交易所规定的持续督导义务结束为止。
