ChainCatcher 消息，BitMine 董事长 Tom Lee 在社交媒体发文表示，比特币是一种波动性资产。其公司于 2017 年首次向客户推荐比特币（配置比例为 1% - 2%），当时 BTC 价格约为 1,000 美元。
在过去 8.5 年中，BTC 经历了 6 次超过 50% 的下跌和 3 次超过 75% 的下跌。截至 2025 年，比特币相较于首次推荐时已上涨 100 倍。Tom Lee 指出，要从这一 100 倍的超级周期中获益，投资者必须在关键时刻坚持持有。
他解释称，加密货币价格反映了对未来的巨大预期，因此质疑会带来波动性。Tom Lee 认为，ETH 目前正在开启同样的超级周期，但强调上涨路径并非直线上升。
