Panorama Studios International (BOM:539469) has signed a Deal Memo with Super Cassettes Industries to acquire exclusive Airborne Rights for three Hindi films - Raid 2, Metro In Dino, and The Diplomat - according to a company filing on Tuesday.
Shares of the company fell over 3% in Wednesday's trade.
The rights cover all global territories except Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
