Shareholders of SEEC Media Group (HKG:0205) will meet Dec. 8 to vote on the proposed change of its English name to 'BFB Health Limited and deletion of its Chinese name, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The name change is also subject to the relevant regulatory approvals.
The media company believes the new name will give it a new corporate image and identity and boost future business development.
