南财智讯11月21日电，天岳先进公告，公司股东国材股权投资基金（济南）合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“国材基金”）已实施完毕减持计划。截至2025年11月20日，国材基金通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式合计减持公司股份9,549,134股，占公司总股本的1.9704%，减持比例四舍五入为1.97%。本次减持价格区间为69.14至90.47元/股，减持总金额为7.47亿元。减持后，国材基金持股比例由8.10%降至6.01%。本次实际减持情况与此前披露的减持计划一致，减持计划已按期完成。
