智通财经APP获悉，荷兰国际集团(ING.US)已完成两笔与105亿欧元(121亿美元)公司贷款相关的重大风险转移交易（SRT交易），从而增强了其资本缓冲。
该集团在周一的一份声明中表示，这些SRT交易预计将使其CET1比率提高0.14个百分点。6月份有报道称，ING当时正与投资者就两笔独立的SRT进行谈判，每笔交易涉及约50亿欧元的投资组合。
ING于上月将其CET1比率目标提高至13%，这一举措实际上减少了可用于投资者回报的资金规模，因为目标与实际水平(第三季度末为13.4%)之间的差距缩小了。即将离任的首席财务官Tanate Phutrakul当时在接受采访时表示，ING将放缓股东回报的节奏。
ING在声明中表示，周一宣布的SRT交易是该行批发银行业务部门内的首例此类交易，计划将风险加权资产减少34亿欧元。该行"旨在未来几年将SRT的战略运用扩展至零售银行及更多批发银行投资组合。"
SRT是一种工具，银行通过向养老基金、主权财富基金和对冲基金出售信用关联票据，为贷款提供违约保险，从而释放原本用于满足监管要求的资源。多家欧洲银行一直在利用这种风险管理工具来释放资本。
