智通财经APP讯，成实外教育(01565)发布截至2025年8月31日止年度的年度业绩，该集团取得收益10.84亿元，同比增长13.5%;毛利3.39亿元，同比增长8.3%;公司拥有人应占溢利5769.6万元，同比增长28.2%;经调整净溢利7154.3万元，同比增长2.3%;每股基本盈利1.9分。建议派付末期股息每股0.20港仙及特别股息每股0.30港仙。
公告称，收益增加主要由于来自学费的收益及学校食堂营运费及住宿费的收益增加。来自学费的收益增加15.1%。同时，来自学校食堂营运费的收益增加12.5%及来自住宿费的收益增加12.9%。集团收取的学费及学校食堂营运费增加主要由于(i)2024╱2025学年学生入学人数增加，及(ii)集团学校平均学费增加。
