比推消息， 投资机构 YZiLabs 发文称，已向美国 SEC 提交初步同意声明，拟通过征集股东书面同意的方式，将纳斯达克上市公司 CEA Industries Inc.（BNC）董事会规模扩大，并选举若干新增董事。YZiLabs 表示，其投资 BNC 是看好公司基本面、以 BNB 为核心的数字资产财库（DAT）战略及成为“类目定义级 DAT 公司”的潜力，但自今年夏天完成 5 亿美元 PIPE 融资以来，BNC 股价表现与这一逻辑明显背离，即便期间 BNB 价格已有可观涨幅。
