南财智讯11月28日电，信源企业集团（证券代码01748.HK）公告，公司接获联交所复牌指引，要求对相关指控进行独立法证调查、刊发所有未公布的财务业绩、消除管理层诚信方面的监管疑虑、完成内部控制检讨、证明遵守上市规则第13.24条并披露所有重要信息。目前，法证调查及内部控制检讨仍在进行中，2024年年度业绩、2024财政年度年报、2025年中期业绩及2025年中期报告的刊发日期需待法证调查完成后与核数师进一步商讨。尽管股份自2025年2月21日起暂停买卖，集团业务运营在所有重大方面如常进行。应公司要求，股份已自2025年2月21日上午九时正起在联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至公司达成复牌指引为止。公司将适时就进展另行刊发公告。
