Perpetual Credit Income Trust Raises Nearly AU$270 Million via Entitlement, Shortfall Offer

Perpetual Credit Income Trust (ASX:PCI) raised roughly AU$267 million through the issue of 243.5 million new units at AU$1.10 apiece upon completion of a fully subscribed entitlement offer and shortfall offer, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
About 57.2 million new units will be issued under the entitlement offer and 186.4 million new units under the shortfall offer, the filing said.
Proceeds will be used mainly to fund Perpetual Investment Management to pursue further investments aligned with the company's investment strategy and objectives, according to the filing.
