智通财经APP讯，象兴国际(01732)及要约人西井控股(香港)有限公司联合公布，要约人拟作出附带先决条件的自愿现金部分要约，以要约价每股要约股份0.21港元向合资格股东收购公司已发行股本的3.712亿股股份(相当于公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本的29%)。 要约价较股份于最后交易日联交所所报每股股份收市价0.228港元折让约7.89%。公司已向联交所申请股份自2025年12月2日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
要约人认为，投资于公司可提供具吸引力的平台，以补充要约人及上海西井的现有业务活动。部分要约预期将汇集要约人及上海西井(主要从事提供智能物流解决方案及设备)与集团(主要在中国从事提供港内服务、物流服务及供应链运营)的核心竞争力，并具有创造具有重大战略价值的协同效应的潜力。
