消息上，12月10日至11日，中央经济工作会议在北京举行。会议明确坚持内需主导，建设强大国内市场。重点政策包括深入实施提振消费专项行动，制定实施城乡居民增收计划；清理消费领域不合理限制措施，释放服务消费潜力；高质量推进城市更新等。
有分析指出，会议释放的积极信号为餐饮消费的持续恢复铺平了道路，板块整体将受益于大消费环境的温和回暖，估值有修复空间。银河证券认为，消费行业需要重视“十五五”规划中消费的中长期目标；短期关注针对2026年消费相关具体政策落地。
