IT之家 12 月 11 日消息，今年早些时候成功完成破产重组的美国碳化硅 (SiC) 半导体企业 Wolfspeed 当地时间本月 9 日宣布，其车规级 SiC MOSFET 获得丰田汽车采用。
丰田将在其 BEV（IT之家注：电池电动汽车 / 纯电动汽车）的车载充电系统中集成 Wolfspeed 的 SiC 器件，这反映了丰田认为 Wolfspeed 能够满足其严苛质量和长期可靠性标准。
Wolfspeed 首席执行官 Robert Feurle 表示：
