以招股价中间价4.3港元计算，预期集资净额约4.71亿港元，拟将其中约29.2%将于2030年前全数用于提升采矿能力；约23.4%将于2030年前全数用于增加在西藏现有采矿权范围内的探矿投资；约18.7%将于2030年前全数用于提升选矿及精矿生产能力，以支持集团的可持续增长；约14%将于2030年前全数用于投资及收购资产；约7.7%将于2030年前全数用作营运资金及其他一般企业用途；约7%将于2026年前用作偿还银行贷款。
