智通财经APP讯，慧聪集团(02280)发布公告，本集团获北京星实投资管理中心(有限合伙)、石振毅先生及孙东霞女士(彼等均为北京兆信的股东兼投资者)告知，彼等拟根据北京慧聪再创科技有限公司、张永红先生、刘杉先生、张惠荣女士、尤胜伟先生、天津聚信众诚信息咨询合伙企业(有限合伙)、石振毅先生及孙东霞女士所订立日期为2025年12月1日的股东协议，行使其期权要求购回所有北京兆信股份(合共占本公布日期北京兆信已发行股本约20%)。完成购回后，北京兆信将继续为本公司的间接非全资附属公司。
