PCI Technology's (SHA:600728) subsidiary, Guangdong Huazhiyuan Information Engineering, plans to acquire 60% of Qingdao Hisense Microlink Signal for 79.2 million yuan, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The stake will be bought from Qingdao Hisense Network Technology and Beijing Jiaotong University Weilian Technology, the artificial intelligence company said.
