智通财经APP讯，心通医疗-B(02160)发布公告，自2025年12月15日起，赵亮先生及闫璐颖女士辞任执行董事，因彼等拟投入更多时间于集团的管理事务;及张俊杰先生因个人工作安排辞任非执行董事。Brian Chang博士已获委任为非执行董事及董事会联席主席;Philippe Wanstok先生已获委任为公司执行董事及副总裁;邓奥弋先生已获委任为非执行董事，自2025年12月15日起生效。
此外，为更好反映公司控股股东微创医疗科学有限公司与公司之间的控制关系，同时亦与公司于销售及营销活动以及所有日常营运中当前一贯使用的商业名称“MicroPort CardioFlow”及“微创心通”保持一致，股份于联交所进行买卖的英文股份简称由“CARDIOFLOW-B”变更为“MP CARDIOFLOW-B”，中文股份简称则由“心通医疗-B”变更为“微创心通-B”，自2025年12月22日起上午九时正起生效。公司英文及中文名称仍分别为“MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech Corporation”及“微创心通医疗科技有限公司”， 且公司联交所股份代号仍为“2160”。
