智通财经APP讯，先声药业(02096)发布公告，于2025年12月19日，集团附属公司江苏先声再明医药有限公司(江苏再明)与Ipsen Pharma SAS.(Euronext上市代码：IPN;ADR交易代码：IPSEY)(Ipsen)签订独家授权许可协议。根据该协议条款，Ipsen将获得由江苏再明开发、靶向LRRC15的抗体药物偶联物(ADC)SIM0613在大中华区以外地区的全球独家开发、生产及商业化权利。
根据该协议条款，集团有权收取最高达10.6亿美元的款项，其中包括4500万美元的首付款，以及研发、监管及商业化里程碑付款，另可收取分级销售特许权使用费。
SIM0613是一种靶向富含亮氨酸重复序列的蛋白15(LRRC15)的新型ADC。 LRRC15在多种实体瘤和肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAF)表面高表达，但正常细胞中极少表达。SIM0613与LRRC15结合后通过内吞进入肿瘤细胞后，释放细胞毒性有效载荷，从而杀死肿瘤细胞，同时较少影响正常细胞。SIM0613经过特殊设计，能够深入渗透肿瘤和肿瘤相关成纤维细胞，在多种临床前体内模型中均显示展现出显著的肿瘤消退效果。
