智通财经APP讯，国锐生活(00108)发布公告，证监会最近曾就该公司的股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于2025年12月9日，有十名股东及其相关人士合共持有 5.48亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本的 17.02%。查讯结果亦显示，于2025年12月9日，有 4.3亿股该公司股份(占已发行股本的 13.36%)由通过场外交易直接或间接地从港锐国际投资(香港)有限公司(该公司的两名执行董事，即魏纯暹先生(魏先生)及孙仲民先生(孙先生)，于其中拥有实益权益)获取该公司股份的股东合共持有。有关股权连同由魏先生及孙先生持有或被视为持有的 19.53亿股该公司股份(占已发行股本的 60.66%)，相当于该公司已发行股本的 91.04%。因此，该公司只有 2.89亿股该公司股份(占已发行股本的 8.96%) 由其他股东持有。
该公司股份的收市价从2025年6月30日的 0.65港元上升 476.92% 至2025年12月9日的 3.75港元。
于2025年12月19日，该公司股价收报 2.97 港元，较2025年6月30日的收市价 0.65港元高出 356.92% 。
