　　12月21日，近日，有多位网友称，乐乐茶“苹果糖”系列新品口感不好、粘牙、味道过甜等。

　　对此，乐乐茶发布致歉声明：第一时间全面核查了全国门店的“苹果糖”系列出品。不符合标准的产品已立即下架，相关门店已责令立即整改，并对出品严重不符的门店进行了严厉处罚。目前全国门店苹果糖系列陆续恢复上架，“这次由于我们自身考虑不周、准备不足，导致出品不够稳定，影响了大家的体验。”

　　乐乐茶分析主要集中在以下几个问题：一，杯中的苹果没有裹上糖；二，裹糖太少，苹果容易氧化；三，糖裹得太厚，口感过粘；四，糖浆温度过高，导致苹果颜色变深；五，顶部装饰漏放或摆放不标准。
