吴长明先生于2025年12月26日举行的公司职工代表大会上获选举为职工董事。其任期自选举之日(2025年12月26日)起，至本届董事会任期届满之日止。同日，董事会亦决议委任吴先生为公司人力资源及薪酬委员会成员。
吴建民先生因工作岗位变动已辞任公司总工程师职务。
根据公司总经理提名，经公司董事会人力资源及薪酬委员会审查，董事会于2025年12月26日召开会议，通过聘任丁旭东先生为公司总工程师，任期自本次董事会通过之日起至本届董事会届满之日止。
张金林先生因工作岗位变动已辞任公司副总经理职务。
