Dilip Buildcon (NSE:DBL, BOM:540047) has received a letter of award valued at about 34 billion Indian rupees from Adani Road Transport for the construction of the Ganga Path road project in Bihar, India, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.
The contract involves engineering, procurement and construction of the 41.09-kilometre Ganga Path connecting Sultanganj, Bhagalpur and Sabour, the filing said. The project is being executed for the Bihar State Road Development Corp. as the project authority.
The construction period is 42 months from the date of commencement, according to the filing.
