智通财经APP讯，璋利国际(01693)发布公告，于2026年1月6日，本公司(作为发行人)与受托人KP Lee Chambers(作为认购人)订立应付款项资本化协议，本公司已有条件同意配发及发行，而受托人(为及代表贸易债权人行事)已有条件同意按每股应付款项资本化股份2.350港元认购合共748.95万股应付款项资本化股份，以结算相关债务人结欠贸易债权人的未偿还贸易应付款项。认购人根据应付款项资本化协议应付的认购金额1760.03万港元，将透过悉数抵销本集团应付贸易债权人的未偿还贸易应付款项的方式偿付。
