Wia Gold (ASX:WIA) appointed Henk Diederichs as chief executive, effective Feb. 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Diederichs is currently the chief operating officer of Predictive Discovery (ASX:PDI), the filing said.
Executive Chairman Josef El-Raghy will transition to the role of non-executive chairman after Diederichs' appointment, the filing added.
