智通财经APP讯，礼建德集团(08455)发布公告，为把握老龄化社会机遇，并积极响应国家《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的政策指引，集团于2025年12月11日设立一间间接全资附属公司海南共乐享管理有限公司(海南共乐享)。集团透过海南共乐享与中国境内一名独立第三方共同出资，组成合资公司三亚乐享共达供应链有限公司，旨在正式开拓健康产业供应链业务(新业务)。
新业务将致力于建构一个涵盖产品销售、业务咨询督导、人才培训教育等全产业链营运体系。未来，集团计划透过整合“线上”与“线下”结合的复合商业模式，布局健康产业供应链业务，从而进军前景广阔的大健康产业市场。新业务将聚焦于服务银发群体，为其提供具备“乐享共达”品牌特色的一站式健康理念与服务。
于本公告日期，新业务已准备开展下游渠道的店面招商及相关采购工作。董事会预期，此项新业务的发展将为集团开拓新的收入来源，并对长远发展产生正面影响。
