Apollo Global Management (APO), Blackstone (BX) and Ares Management (ARES) are working with financial services firm OneDigital on a new offering that includes private investments in its personalized portfolio program for 401(k) plan sponsors.
The three private-equity giants will provide "opportunistic investment strategies," OneDigital said Tuesday in a statement.
Embedded within adviser-managed portfolios, "these strategies are thoughtfully structured to help enhance diversification while maintaining liquidity discipline and fiduciary governance designed to support improved participant retirement outcomes," OneDigital said.
Apollo shares fell 1.2% in Tuesday trading, Blackstone declined 3.5%, and Ares dropped 1.3%.
