Hong Kong Johnson Employees Subject to Bribery Investigtion

Hong Kong Johnson (HKG:1955) said Hong Kong authorities searched its premises in connection with a bribery investigation involving three employees, including a member of senior management, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.

Shares of the janitorial services provider fell over 7% in late morning trade Friday.

The employees were arrested, while no charges were brought against the firm or any of its directors, Hong Kong Johnson said.

The firm added that its business and operations remained normal and the three arrested employees were suspended from duties.
