美联储理事米兰表示，在现任临时理事任期（将于本周末结束）结束后，他接下来会的去向尚不清楚。但他表示，“有一点是肯定的，那就是我会在目前的职位上任职直至继任者获得确认。”米兰表示，他是否会出席3月份的美联储会议，取决于参议院确认沃什提名的时间表。如果确认程序耗时超过六周，那么他将会出席。
