　　盛业（06069）盘中涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.25%，报11.84港元，成交6136.79万港元。

　　1月30日，盛业发布公告，预计公司截至2025年12月31日止年度的溢利较截至2024年12月31日止年度增加超过20%。公告称，公司预期增加主要由于两方面积极因素：平台科技业务加速增长与创新业务发展超预期。

　　公司平台科技服务收入占比提升，集团通过自主研发的AI Agent“盛易通云平台”，以产业生态和数据的深度链接为支撑，推动平台科技服务能力在新赛道快速复用，助力更多链上的中小微企业降本增效、开拓市场。截至2025年12月31日，“盛易通云平台”已与17家核心企业建立系统链接，集团平台科技撮合业务占比超87%，平台科技服务收入增长超35%，“轻资产、平台化”发展模式已成为业绩加速增长的关键。
