AInnovation Technology Group (HKG:2121) is partnering with the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Hainan Research Institute on the research and development of marine technological equipment, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the artificial intelligence firm fell nearly 4% in morning trade Monday.
The parties plan to jointly establish a university-enterprise joint laboratory in the field of intelligent marine technology and equipment under the venture.
