智通财经APP获悉，周一，意法半导体(STM.US)股价走高，截至发稿，该股涨近8%，报32.195美元。消息面上，意法半导体已通过一项为期多年、规模达数十亿美元的商业协议，进一步扩大与亚马逊(AMZN.US)旗下云服务(AWS)的合作关系，共同推进先进半导体技术的发展。
根据协议，意法半导体将向AWS供应相关半导体技术和产品，支持其为云计算及人工智能数据中心提供高性能计算基础设施。公司称，双方还将利用云端算力优化电子设计自动化(EDA)工作负载，加快芯片设计和硅片开发进程，从而提升研发效率并缩短产品上市周期。
作为合作的一部分，意法半导体已向AWS发行认股权证，允许其在七年行权期内，以每股28.38美元的价格购买最多2,480万股普通股。
