智通财经APP讯，威高国际(01173)发布公告，于2026年2月12日，卖方公司的间接全资附属公司汕头韵高时装有限公司与买方汕头市和兴强服饰有限公司订立协议，据此卖方有条件地同意出售而买方有条件地同意收购该物业，代价为人民币2515.3万元。物业指中国广东省汕头高新区科技东路2号威高大厦第9、第10和第11层，总楼面面积为8384.34平方米，为工业用途。
经考虑现时的物业市况及买方就该物业所提出的代价后，董事认为出售事项为公司提供良机变现其投资。出售事项的所得款项将有助公司改善营运资金状况以供未来可能出现机会时所需之用。公司拟将出售事项的销售所得款项净额用作一般营运资金。
