　　据路透社消息，韩国加密货币交易所Bithumb表示，其内部系统存在严重缺陷，导致上周发生超400亿美元资产误转事件。

　　此前，2026年2月6日晚间，韩国加密货币交易所Bithumb因员工操作失误，误向695名用户发放了总计62万枚比特币，引发平台币价瞬时暴跌17%。

　　事故起因于基础操作失误，员工将活动奖励的货币单位“韩元”误输入为“比特币”，暴露了交易指令多重审核机制的缺失。管理层承认未建立大额转账的二次验证或阈值拦截系统。

　　Bithumb首席执行官李在元表示，此次误发量达交易所自身持币量（4.2万枚）的15倍，主要因交易处理延迟约24小时，导致资产余额更新滞后。他称：“我们深刻认识到内部系统控制的不足。”

　　李在元指出，交易所未有效核验转出量与实际持仓，亦未将资金单独隔离以保障安全。监管机构称，大部分比特币已被收回，但1，786枚已在账户冻结前被售出，相关客户依法须返还。

　　韩国国会议员对虚拟资产市场监管失效表示忧虑，该市场为全球交易量最活跃之一。金融监督院（FSS）院长李灿镇表示，虚拟货币应如银行接受同等监管，但现行法规尚不支持。
